You need only do this once as your details will be retained and will enable you to purchase / request any services available at a later date , without having to re-enter your personal details.

We are committed to delivering an excellent service to you as our public, but we know things can and do go wrong.

If you have been unhappy in how we have delivered a particular service to you, then we need to know so that we can put things right. Complaints will be directed to the appropriate service and we will get back to you with the outcome as soon as possible.

We would also like to hear any suggestions you may have about any of our services and how we deliver them to you. If you feel your enquiry or need has been dealt with well, please tell us about it so that we can acknowledge the good work by our staff.

This facility uses a general form which allows you to report details of an issue that you wish to bring to the Council's attention.

To help you do this we have included a list of topics from which you can select the most relevant to your issue.

In general, topics relate to Refuse, Streets, Roads, Environment and there is provision for you to report Private and Confidential matters. 

Apply online for your child's Nursery, Primary or Secondary School place. You will need to register to the site to enable us to process your application.
