E-Tendering

Welcome to the Home page of the St Helens Electronic Tendering System, the central source for information and advice on St Helens Council's current tenders.

The functions available on this site are shown in the Navigation Menu above. Features include the ability to register as a new user or logon as an existing user, to search for current tenders and to download and subsequently submit tender bids electronically.

A brief resume of the features include:

Early Tender Advice
This section will provide details of all forthcoming contracts/schemes that are to be tendered as either Advertised or Invited Tenders. For an explanation of Advertised and Invited tenders, please see below. Advertised Tenders are viewable via the tabbed area above.

Advertised Tenders (or Open Tenders as they are also known)
These are schemes where tenders are being sought from all interested Organisations irrespective of whether they are currently members of the Councils Approved List. Details of tenders that fall within this category will be available to view and where appropriate, download electronically. Submissions can also be made electronically but must not exceed a combined file size of 4MB per lodgement process.

Invited Tenders (or Restricted Tenders as they are also known)
This section deals specifically with tenders sourced from the Councils Approved List. Only those Organisations that are currently members of the Councils Approved List will have access to data under this heading. If you wish to apply for inclusion on the Councils Approved List, please complete the standard application form available under the Doing Business with the Council page. Should you need any further assistance please refer to the Help page.
