Council Tax Change of Occupier
Council Tax - Claim for Occupancy Discounts
As a general rule, if a property is occupied by only one adult (i.e. person aged 18 or over), then a discount of 25% of the Council Tax bill will be granted. If there is more than one adult residing at the property, but all, or all except one of them come under the categories listed below, status discount may be granted..
