If you initially used our online service to book your ceremony you should have been provided with a payment reference (e.g. 120101-1234AH) - as detailed on correspondence from the Register Office.

Please use your payment reference if you have one, otherwise if you have not been provided with a payment reference you will not be able to proceed online, please contact the office for further details.
