Notice typeImportant note:   If the ceremony is due to take place within St Helens, then please enter the reference number quoted on correspondence received from the Register Office (e.g. 160228-0001AH). If the ceremony is taking place outside of St Helens then you will not have a reference number.



Please only continue with this form if any of the following applies to your  nationality, citizenship or settlement status:

1. A British citizen
2. An Irish citizen
3. A person who holds settled or pre-settled status under EUSS or who has made a pending application on or before the 30 June 2021
