This post is an integrated post with St Helens Clinical Commissioning Group. The post holder will lead commissioning activities for vulnerable adults in St Helens. The role will focus predominately on Health and Social care services for adults who have Mental Health, Learning Disability or Physical and Sensory Disability.
Ideally, you will hold a recognised qualification in Social Care or Health. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience working at a managerial level in a Social Care or Health Sector organisation. You will be experienced in working with partners to deliver positive outcomes for service users and their carers. You will also have a proven track record of effectively implementing new services within a changing policy environment.
