The Catering, Caretaking, Cleaning and School Crossing Patrol team is a busy team who are focussed on providing high quality, reliable services to Schools across the borough of St Helens.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, reliable, full-time Clerical Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment and also have the ability to use their own initiative.

Applicants should state their experience of working in an office environment and the systems they are confident in using. The successful candidate will have experience of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to evidence strong communication skills and will be required to respond to differing demands and tasks, in line with the teams and managers they would be supporting.
