St Helens Adult and Community Learning (ACL) deliver a variety of learning opportunities for adults in a range of venues across the borough of St Helens.

We would like to recruit an administrative assistant to work full time (37 hours per week) on a fixed term 12 month contract initially. The successful applicant will support the registration of all adult learners and have responsibility for booking exams, liaising with awarding bodies and supporting the Data/MIS Officer with the co-ordination of ACL processing systems.

Applicants will need to have a good standard of English, maths and computer skills and be able to work under the pressures of a busy, learner centred environment. We would like to hear from candidates who:
