St Helens Council Job Advert; Senior Commissioning and Transformation Manager
A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen within our Adults Integrated Commissioning Team for an experienced and self-motivated individual.
We are looking for someone with ‘hands-on’ experience of delivering change across Adults Health and Social care, with excellent knowledge of change management within the integrated health and social care agenda and acute sector. You should have current experience of working in a commissioning / service improvement / transformation role, with a track record of successful implementation and delivery. The role will involve developing and maintaining strong working relationships working with a range of key stakeholders at all levels across the public sector and wider partner organisations across the St Helens and Wider Merseyside
All applicants must be educated to masters level or have equivalent relevant experience working at a senior level to deliver transformational change.
You will have excellent influencing and negotiating skills, the ability to handle highly complex and contentious information as well as good analytical, report-writing and verbal reasoning skills.
