St Helens Council are appointing a Service Manager to oversee the management, operation and development of the Council's Recycling & Waste, Parks, Street Scene and Transport Services.

The candidate will have previous experience with Local Authority Service delivery in the Recycling & Waste, Parks, Street Scene and Transport Services at a Senior Level. Also have experience of leading dynamic teams with the ability to provide inspirational support and guidance to employees within the service. The candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and must be able to nurture and empower employees whilst ensuring effective performance management and continuous improvement.
