Recreational Services is looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals with excellent customer care skills to work in the Council's Sports Centres.

Ideally we are looking for individuals with first-hand experience of working in the Leisure Industry, who enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills with a good understanding of service delivery.

Duties will include swimming pool supervision, general cleaning and housekeeping tasks and equipment set up. Each of these tasks requires a high level of interaction and communication with customers.

You will be required to work shifts including evenings, early mornings and weekends with a commitment to working flexibly to meet the needs of the service. This will be reflected with enhancements for weekend working and bank holidays.

If you hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Certificate and have the skills and experience to add value to our service then we would like to hear from you.
