Become a key part of St Helens Council's increasingly important Estates Service.
Your main role will be to support the Estates Manager in ensuring the efficient management of the Council's operational property. You will organise the inspection, maintenance and repair of the properties, as well as assisting the delivery of the Council’s future accommodation strategy.
You will be a strong co-ordinator, comfortable with liaising with colleagues at all levels and able to organise and operate to often tight timescales and within a budget.
