St Helens Council recognises the importance of its significant land and property holdings and looking ahead, and how these assets can contribute to the social, economic and environmental development of the borough. The Property Services team manages a diverse land and property portfolio which includes the Council's offices, industrial and investment properties and farmland, amongst others.
This will be an exciting and challenging opportunity to lead a dedicated team responsible for the management of the Council's operational and non-operational property portfolios and to shape and influence the future for St Helens.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Chartered Surveyor who is driven and committed to delivering a high quality property service. You will be the lead officer on a wide variety of property related projects which will require excellent professional, managerial and commercial skills.
