We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team in the Legal Services Section.
In providing legal services to the Council’s Children & Young People’s Services client department, the successful candidate will be dealing with all aspects of child care work, in particular matters before the Court in Children Act proceedings.
The work will also include attendance as the legal advisor at statutory panels.
If you are the successful candidate, you will have a flexible approach to problem-solving, demonstrating sound judgement and the capability to deal with unexpected situations. You will be organised, an excellent communicator and an effective team member. In return, we offer an interesting but demanding role in a friendly and supportive environment.
