Integrated Access St Helens, Assessment And Review Workers within the Accident and Emergency Department at Whiston Hospital.
These temporary posts are part of a developing project that has increased support to vulnerable and frail adults attending the Accident and Emergency Department at Whiston Hospital.
The accident and Emergency social care team is part of the Integrated Assessment St Helens service which consists of social care, nursing and therapy staff.
The Accident and Social Care team provide needs led assessment, onward referral and signposting services for a wide range of adults.
The rota for these temporary posts will be;
Week 1 – Monday to Friday 4pm to 10pm
Week 2 – Saturday and Sunday 12 noon to 8pm
These posts are subject to Disclosure And Barring (enhanced)
