The Governing Body of Rainford CE Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and dedicated Deputy Headteacher, who will be committed to our Christian ethos, to become part of our ambitious Senior Leadership Team.

· Are you an outstanding teacher with excellent interpersonal management skills and the ability to support, challenge and inspire others?
· Are you committed to supporting our Christian ethos and to working closely with our parish church?
· Do you have a vision for outstanding provision across the school and understand what high standards look like and how to attain them?
· Are you able to initiate creative approaches to learning and inspire other teachers?
· Do you have experience of leading a key stage with a proven track record in raising standards?
· Do you have significant experience of leadership and development of the curriculum and assessment processes?
