Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant who can meet the wide and varied daily demands within a successful special school.
The successful candidate will be required to work within a classroom setting but will also have specific responsibilities of supporting a pupil with particular learning needs and challenging behaviours. For further information please call the school.

· Have experience and knowledge of working with Learners with special needs
· Be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated
· Be an effective communicator
· Have a desire and commitment to take advantage of the schools professional development
· Have the confidence and ability to work with a range of key stakeholders.
· Have an understanding and commitment to the future role of a special school within an inclusive local authority where every learner is at the heart of everything that we do.

This post is temporary subject to funding and will cease in line with this.
