The Governors of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic to the post of Deputy Headteacher.
The successful applicant will assist the Headteacher and the Governing body in leading our school to sustain outstanding status.
Ø Have a clear understanding of Catholic Education and the ability to promote,
enhance and actively support our Catholic ethos.
Ø Have high expectations of achievements for all and be capable of securing and
maintaining high standards of pupil achievement and behaviour.
Ø Be an outstanding teacher with communication skills which will enhance the quality
of education and management within the school
Ø Have an excellent record of classroom practice, throughout the primary phases.
Ø Have well developed organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ø Be a practising Catholic.
Ø Have an understanding of the role of SENDCO
Ø Have experience of leading a curriculum area or Key Stage
