The Governors of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic Pastoral Lead starting in September 2019. The successful candidate will be will be required to demonstrate an excellent understanding of supporting pupils and their families in order to reduce barriers to learning. This is a new post in school and the successful candidate will bring considerable expertise to the team at Bleak Hill. He/she will be able to work well as part of a team but also be able to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to develop the role. A flexible approach to duties and working hours will be required, together with a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the school.
