A skilled and enthusiastic Facilities Manager is required to be responsible for health and safety and facilities management.
The successful candidate will ensure that the college meets complies with relevant legislation in relation to the role. You will have to do this while managing premises related budgets and also driving down operational costs.
The successful candidate will have:
· Practical experience in a Facilities Manager role
· A good understanding of current legislation relating to the role.
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills
