St Thomas of Canterbury is a highly successful school with a strong Catholic ethos. We have a team of staff and governors dedicated to providing the best possible education for our children.

From September 2015 we will be opening a PVI Nursery provision which will offer both morning and afternoon sessions (3 hours per day/15 hours per week) for three and four year olds. We may provide wrap around care for a small number of children if required. This is a new venture for St Thomas of Canterbury and we envisage a very successful outcome.

The Governors wish to appoint a self-motivated and caring individual with proven experience of planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum . The person appointed will be expected to plan structured teaching and learning activities and also be responsible for the day-to-day management, organisation and smooth running of the pre-school nursery. They will work closely with the Foundation Stage Manager to ensure continuity and progression across the Foundation Stage.
