Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant to work in our Early Years department from September 2017.

We are looking for people who:

· Can work collaboratively with other staff in the phase team in the planning, development, delivery
and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for the children.
· Can contribute to both formative and summative assessments of children’s learning.
· Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs.
· Can communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff.
· Can develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of
children.
· Can take responsibility of whole class teaching, group teaching and one-to-one teaching.
· Have a positive approach to managing children’s behaviour.
· Are familiar with, and have experience of working within the Early Years framework.
