Oakdene Primary School is an Outstanding Primary School (Ofsted Nov 2012). We have very high levels of attainment, achievement and standards. We are always looking to enhance our provision to ensure that our Children receive the very best education.

We are now looking for a Senior Leader to lead on Additional Needs, Curriculum Innovation and developing Technology across the School. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team to further develop our outstanding provision.

The successful candidate:
- is an outstanding teacher and has a proven track record of raising standards.
· sees children’s development at the heart of everything they undertake

· can motivate and inspire an outstanding team of people
· will work alongside committed colleagues and continue to spark their enthusiasm for curriculum change and professional development ensuring that the provision offered to the children of Oakdene is of the highest quality and that all children achieve highly
· has led on a key area in School life and has demonstrated an impact on children’s learning and achievement
· will be proactive in ensuring that children with Additional needs and children who are vulnerable make good or better progress with a consistent and continuous focus on children’s achievement using data and benchmarks to monitor progress
· will have an unrelenting focus on educational standards
· will lead on a core subject throughout the School
· will be able to develop ever changing technology across the school
