Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant who can meet the wide and varied daily demands within a successful secondary and post 16 Special school. We are looking for an outstanding Teaching Assistant who can support Learners throughout the school.

You will:
· Have experience and knowledge of working with Learners with special needs
· Be flexible, enthusiastic and motivated
· Be an effective communicator
· Have a desire and commitment to take advantage of the schools professional development
· Have the confidence and ability to work with a range of key stakeholders.
· Have an understanding and commitment to the future role of a special school within an inclusive local authority where Everyone Matters.
