Following the retirement of our long serving and valued Headteacher, we are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher who is a committed practising catholic to lead our warm and friendly Catholic school in the next stage of its journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, highly motivated and ambitious individual who, in partnership with senior leaders and the Governing Body, will be instrumental in the continued success and ongoing development of our school.

You will be:

· An effective leader, who has a clear understanding of the ethos and vision of a
Catholic school.
· Have the drive to put pupils first and have a significant impact on pupil achievement
by setting consistently high expectations on teaching standards, pupil progress and
learning outcomes for all.
· Have relevant appropriate experience, preferably some of which should be in a
Catholic Primary School.
· Will continue to develop collaborative partnerships with families, the parish and the
wider community

The post offers the prospect of working within a friendly and positive learning environment with enthusiastic children and staff.

The school is rated “good” by Ofsted (October 2013).
