The Governors of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring Learning Assistant to work as part of a team to support teaching and learning. The successful candidate will have recent and relevant experience as a Learning Assistant, a passion for working with primary aged pupils and be dedicated to making a positive impact on their learning and development. You will have a Level 2 or higher qualification and experience in the Primary phase. You will work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. The post could be located anywhere within school and a flexible approach to duties and working hours will be required, together with a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the school.

Candidates must be committed to continuing professional development. Candidates must be able to work as part of a skilled, well informed and positive team of staff and be able to think creatively to meet pupils’ needs.
