Description...

Required as soon as possible, a Learning Assistants (Level 2) to work on a one to one basis with an infant child who requires support with social communication, organisation and independence skills. The successful candidate will be expected to have good communication skills and empathy with children who have additional needs. The successful candidate should be patient, flexible, responsible and resourceful and capable of working sensitively to cater for the child's needs alongside the class teacher and other key staff.

Experience of working with children who require such support would be an advantage.

This post is subject to Special Needs funding and will cease in line with this or when the child leaves the school.

Closing date: 24 April 2014 at 12 NOON.

Shortlisting will take place on Monday, 28 April 2014

Interviews are scheduled to take place on Friday, 2 May 2014
