Oakdene Primary School is an Outstanding Primary School (Ofsted Nov 2012). We have very high levels of attainment, achievement and standards. We are always looking to enhance our provision to ensure that our Children receive the very best education.

We are now looking for a Deputy Headteacher, who can develop our outstanding provision whilst continuing to ensure that every child receives the best possible education at Oakdene. A teaching commitment in Key Stage 2 will be expected as well as Leadership of this Key Stage.

The successful candidate will be:

* An exemplary leader with the enthusiasm to motivate staff and encourage teamwork;

* An outstanding and inspirational teacher who is committed to providing high quality learning experiences
for all children;

* Experienced in curriculum innovation and development and able to demonstrate that they have had an
impact in raising standards;

* Well-organised with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;

* Committed to the practice of System Leadership by working in partnership with The Oaks Teaching
School;
