Required for 1st September 2016, the Governors at Rainhill High School are seeking to appoint an an ambitious, talented and hardworking teacher with a track record of excellent work to join a thriving Humanities Faculty in a popular and high achieving School on the edge of Merseyside.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who can bring excellent leadership skills and outstanding teaching to Rainhill. GCSE and A level History as well as A level Politics are extremely popular and results are excellent.

The school has an excellent local reputation and is significantly oversubscribed. Judged ‘Good’ in November 2014, all the ingredients are present to push on for an ‘Outstanding’ judgment next time around.

Rainhill High School became a Trust School on 1st December 2009.
