Following our first successful year as a Teaching School and National Support School, we now have the opportunity to expand the Senior Leadership Team. The Governing Body wishes to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to lead and undertake key management areas in this outstanding school. To commence September 2014.

The Assistant Head teacher will teach between 0.6- 0.8 in Y6, Lead KS2, Lead a curriculum team and core subject and be responsible for the organisation of Schools Direct across the Teaching School.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· Positive leadership to encourage and inspire talented staff.
· Excellent classroom practice.
· A capacity to transfer and adapt skills to a range of different leadership roles.
