Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding pastoral learning assistant to work across school from September 2017.

We are looking for people who:

· Can work collaboratively with other staff in the pastoral team in the planning, development, delivery
and evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions.
· Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs.
· Can communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff.
· Can develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of
children.
· Can support pupils and staff in relation to social and emotional aspects of learning.
· Can recognise barriers to learning.
· Can deliver support programmes.
· Have recent experience of supporting children in schools with emotional and social issues
