The Governors of this very successful School wish to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking and highly organised Community Development Officer to facilitate, manage and promote the community use of the School facilities, to start as soon as possible. Part of this role will also be to undertake the administration of our success Performing Arts franchise - LIPA4:19. This is a newly created post.

It is desirable, but not essential, that the successful candidate has experience of successfully working with Children, Young People and Adults and possess a Level 2 or above Coaching qualification in a School taught sport such as football, rugby, netball, badminton or tennis.

We are looking for a highly talented and creative individual who can bring their skill and personality into the job role. The right candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work under pressure. You will need to be a Team player and show high levels of initiative and work ethic to be successful in the post.
