Required as soon as possible, the Governors of Ashurst Primary are seeking to appoint a highly effective and experienced learning mentor.
The primary purpose of the role is to work alongside teaching staff to tackle barriers to learning which prevent the children from accessing learning effectively whether the reasons arise from inside or outside of the school. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children experiencing social and emotional challenges and have knowledge of nurturing principles.
Due to the nature of this post some flexibility in working hours is required.
