Rainford C E Primary school is looking for a pro-active and energetic person to join our team of cleaning staff in school. The successful candidate will be expected to work under the direction of the Caretaker to ensure the high standard of cleanliness throughout the school is maintained at all times.
This role includes mopping, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, polishing and dusting of designated areas, including toilet and classroom areas. Previous cleaning experience is essential and working within a school environment would be advantageous.
The school is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
The post is subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
