Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant to work in our nursery to support a child with social communication needs. The post is temporary subject to funding and will cease in line with this.

We are looking for people who:

· Can work collaboratively within the phase team in planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for the child.
· Can contribute to assessments of the child’s learning.
· Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual need.
· Can communicate effectively with all children, parents and other staff.
· Can develop positive relationships with all children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of children.
· Have a positive approach to managing children’s behaviour.
· Are familiar with the early years curriculum.
