The Governors are looking to appoint an inspirational and visionary Headteacher who can build upon the strengths of our school.

The successful candidate will be supported by a committed, enthusiastic and caring staff team and supportive Governors.

· The strategic ability to implement this vision in partnership with Governors, staff, parents and the community.
· A commitment to excellence in education.
· Enthusiasm and passion for school life.
· The ability to secure and maintain high standards of achievement and attainment for all.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will enhance the quality of education and management within the school.
· Proven successful Senior Leadership Experience.
