The Governors of this outstanding Christian school are seeking to appoint two Level 2 Learning Assistants to provide one- to- one support for a child in Reception and Y1. Both posts are subject to external funding and will cease when the funding ceases.

At Parish we have a strong team of teachers, support staff, and Governors, who work closely together to provide the best possible education for our children.

The successful candidate will be:-

· Familiar with the EYFS and Y1 curriculum
· Able to deliver phonic sessions to individuals and small groups
· Able to support children with complex needs
· Proactive in approach to maintaining high standards
· Able to maintain a positive outlook
· Eager to develop their skills and abilities
· Able to motivate and inspire all children
· Be sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the school
