Required for September 2015, an outstanding key stage 2 teacher to join our team. This initially is a temporary 12 month contract linked to external funding.

Eaves Primary School is a popular and successful school with a highly supportive Governing Body. We have a hard working team of teachers and support staff who work effectively together. All staff are committed to ensuring every child is safe and has access to the highest quality learning opportunities and achieves the best they can. We have a highly effective pastoral team who support pupils and families in order to promote and maintain excellent behaviour and address barriers to learning.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to work well in a team and have the ability to make a positive contribution to school improvement. This is a permanent position.

The successful candidates must:

· Be an excellent classroom practitioner.
· Demonstrate high expectations for all pupils including key groups such as EAL, SEN & FSM.
· Promote outstanding behaviour for learning
· Demonstrate excellent behaviour management strategies and outstanding pastoral care.
· Use effectively a wide range of creative approaches to the delivery of the curriculum.
· Contribute to the wider life of the school community, including after school clubs/activities.
