Required as soon as possible, a Level 2 Learning Assistant to work within our MLD provision.

This post is subject to SEN funding which will cease if the financial support is withdrawn.

You are invited to join a strong team of learning support assistants. The role will be based in our MLD provision with children and young people in need of additional support, including those with a variety of learning disabilities including Moderate Learning Difficulties.

You will support the teaching and learning of students under the guidance of the classroom teacher. You will also be required to undertake duties throughout the day including a lunchtime duty which involves supervising students and a morning duty before school.

The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
