The Governors of this happy, successful and thriving school are seeking to appoint an innovative leader who has a proven track record of outstanding teaching. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of Key Stage 2 Manager, as well as for leading maths across the school, ensuring high quality teaching and learning and excellent levels of student progress. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dedicated staff team and make a real impact on the outcomes of our pupils. The post will have class responsibility with non-contact time to support the management side of the role.

The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent communicator and work well in teams
- Take specific responsibility and accountability for the day to day management and
organisation of Key Stage 2
- Together with SLT, lead on the school self evaluation process for KS2 and Maths,
including lesson observations, monitoring of school standards and bringing about
improvement
- Together with the senior leadership team contribute to, monitor and review the
impact of teaching and pupil progress through the analysis of data
- Be an exemplary and outstanding practitioner who values all children
- Have experience of managing others and supporting them to develop their
teaching practice
- Have experience of leading a subject and raising achievement across a Key Stage
through this
- Work strategically and creatively to ensure continuous improvement in maths
