We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our existing team. Applications are sought from people with energy, commitment and a determination to succeed.
The main purpose of the role will be to oversee the general day-to-day running of our school Library/Learning Resource Centre and to promote the Library/Learning Resource Centre as an effective centre for independent learning for all students. The role will include organising exhibitions, author visits and book fairs within school. You will oversee all aspects of the library and the training and supervision of students accessing the area. We are looking for someone who is able to use their own initiative, has excellent time management skills and would enjoy working with our students as part of our team.
The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate. This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
