The Governors of Rainford Brook Lodge are seeking to appoint a caring and organised individual to be responsible for the management and development of Extended Care including Breakfast and After School Clubs and Pre-School provision. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of Extended Care staff including allocation and monitoring of work.

Experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage is essential as the post is to take responsibility for agreed learning activities in our thriving pre-school group of 3 and 4 year olds, under an agreed system of supervision. This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for pre-school children in addition to monitoring pupils’ progress and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement and development.

This post is temporary (from February 2017) to cover for a colleague who is on maternity leave and will cease upon their return to duty or resignation.
