The Governors at Mill Green are seeking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Y11 student with additional needs.

Mill Green offers a wide and varied curriculum for our young people, including vocational opportunity, enrichment and work experience; we promote independence and life skills so that students can progress into the wider world.

Visits to the school are warmly encouraged and would give you a greater insight into the uniqueness of Mill Green. We have been graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in our last two inspections and have National Autism Accreditation - but more importantly we are a team of staff who genuinely strive to make life more rewarding for our students.
