The governors are seeking to appoint a HLTA to support teaching and learning by, in class support, some PPA cover and cover for Senior Leaders and subject leaders. This position is subject to funding and is fixed term for 12 months in the first instance. This is a superb opportunity to assist our school on its journey from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good.’
You will be an outstanding practitioner who has the skills and experience to deliver lessons under the guidance of teaching staff. You will be able to maintain high levels of engagement from children and positive behaviour. An interest and expertise in a curriculum area would be an advantage You will be an excellent, dynamic communicator; able to engage with a wide variety of partners, quickly developing professional relationships with all stakeholders in our community. You will also be required to lead a Subject Area.
