Ashurst Primary School is situated in the Blackbrook area of St Helens and is within easy reach of the M6 and routes to Manchester and Liverpool. We are a very popular, oversubscribed, one-form entry school with 257 pupils including a Nursery. We can offer an attractive, welcoming environment in which to work which is well resourced with good professional development opportunities.

The Governors of this caring and friendly school are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed
professional with the qualities and skills to help our school achieve outstanding outcomes for its pupils. You will work to sustain and develop our vision of ‘Excellence Everyday’, enabling us to build on our current strengths and successes and help us to achieve our goal of becoming outstanding.

Governors welcome applications from teachers with relevant experience across the primary age range.
