Governors of our popular and successful school are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher to support the development of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum including our 2 Year old provision at Broad Oak.

This TLR 2 position is within our middle leadership team and offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our children’s learning throughout the EYFS whilst taking the next steps in your career development.

This post has arisen due to the relocation of a previous MLT post holder. The successful candidate will also have a class teacher responsibility. The initial key stage will be within the EYFS.

The successful candidate will:
· Be passionate and knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and be able to encourage others to be passionate about it too!
· Be supportive of our inclusive ethos and sensitive to the needs of our children and families
· Be able to work within vibrant, ambitious and dedicated teams

· Have effective communication skills
