The Governors of this happy, successful and thriving school are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. We are looking for a caring, patient and motivated Learning Assistant to provide support within school.

The post is for 28 hours 20 minutes per week, term time only plus 5 inset days, starting in September.

This post is specifically linked to a child with SEN funding. This post will cease if the funding ends or the child leaves the school

The successful candidates will fully support the school’s ethos and be committed to building pupils’ self-esteem, self-discipline and love of learning to underpin their progress in the basic skills.

NVQ Level 2 qualification or above is desirable as is experience of working across both KS1 and KS2 as a Learning Assistant supporting learners.

The post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Section Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
