Required as soon as possible, the Governors of Ashurst Primary are seeking to appoint two highly effective Learning Assistants who are able to provide ‘Excellence Everyday’ in support of children in KS2 who have additional needs.
Experience of working with primary aged children requiring support with managing challenging behaviour, a proven ability to promote attention and concentration skills would be an advantage. This post is linked to external funding and will cease in line with this.
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Section Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.
