The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a person who will be an inspirational and outstanding Assistant Headteacher with a clear vision and understanding of education. This is a superb opportunity to assist our school on its journey from Requires Improvement to Good. You will join an established highly successful, dynamic leadership team who are committed to driving improvement.

Our school provides a warm and welcoming environment, with staff and governors having a common desire to help our children reach their maximum potential.

You will already be a middle or senior leader and proven outstanding teacher who has the skills and experience to deliver rapid improvement in standards across the school. You will improve teaching and drive up achievement and progress of all pupils. You will be an excellent, dynamic communicator, be able to engage a wide variety of partners and quickly develop professional relationships with all stakeholders in our community.

Our Assistant Headteacher will need to be:
