The setting of fees and charges affect all wards within the borough and require ratification by Delegated Executive Decision
Risks Associated with this Decision:
Failure to recognise the full financial implications to the authority in delivering services with associated fees and charges could lead to unrecovered expenditure.
Measures to Redress Risk:
In setting the fees and charges for Environmental Health and Trading Standards full consultation with relevant teams and managers has taken place to help ensure that any mandatory fees have not been missed.
Anti Poverty / Human Rights / Agenda 21 Implications:
In order to help address issues of hardship in paying for mouse treatments, a concessionary charge of £10 has been introduced for people in receipt of means tested benefits.
